30 minutes on a recumbent bike, after warming up with the snow blower

9.8 miles outside, it was cold, but very beautiful out.  Sunny, no wind.

6K.  The day after the snowstorm.  Things were a little sloppy and slippery out there.  Glad I'm in taper and not going too long.

7.10am fine and mild 18c.
Late start for me this morning. Down Boronia and through Campbell's track to the creek to the golf course x 1 lap and return. All up 7.5km or thereabouts .

Mow the lawns and more ironing this afternoon
