Rest day. Eating Superbowl wings and chips.

Just weights today

Running rest. Snow removal, though.

10 miles. and then some walking.

Gym stuff and 6 fast miles.

14. Ran out of gas @ 13 and slow jogged it home.

Won the Long Jump (4.01 meters), got 3rd in the 60 meters (8.83) at the New England Masters T&F Championships, both marks representing seasons bests. Also got 2nd in the 200m (31.27 yuk - I was tired).

Got bored with the game, put my food in the fridge, ran 5 miles.

6.20am. Ran 5km.+ a bit along the creek.
I've got a pile of ironing to do this afternoon - that's got to be worth a few brownie points surely
