4 miles easy in light snow. Nice to run before work for a change.

Weights plus 45 minutes on a recumbent bike

Gym stuff & 4 quick miles on the treadmill.

4 easy miles. Slushy but then the sun came out and made quick work of it.

Yesterday - 10K on track in 44:18, first 5K in 22:20, 2nd 5K in 21:58 (continuous run)
Today - 4 easy miles
Tomorrow -- long run in super cold -- awesome!!!!! :)
