8K.  Wore my sunglasses and of course within 5 minutes after I started my run it clouded up for the rest of the run.  8)

A 6km and a bit around Wetlands track. Perfect running weather - 15c.

10.00am. I went to watch the Japanese junior team training on a grass track; was standing along side Sonia O'Sullivan (IRE) Silver medalist 2000 who came down to have a look.
