Title: Crab meat

I bought a large can of crab meat at Trader Joe's today; they are in the refrigerated section. Now I am wondering if I could do anything else with it than the sandwiches I bought it for. Suggestions?

crab dip is very popular here.  crab cakes are probably an option, too.  crab salad if that isn't what went into your sandwich.

I like* crab melts. I would mix crab, a little mayo, green onions, garlic, and a bit of goat cheese, spread on a tortilla or flatbread and bake. Super yummy.

*Used to like before i became allergic to delicious crab last year.

That sounds very good. The goat cheese surprised me.

A place I go to for brunch does crab cakes eggs benedict and it is fab.  Of course I don't know how to make either.

Oh my goodness. It's my favorite crab thingy. All it is is a crab cake topped with  apoached egg, with a drizzle of Hollandaise sauce. I can only eat one though. Yummy with a glass of prosecco.
