Four miles, 24 degrees, 5:20 am.

Run rest day.
Gym later. Actually, I might run later too and take a rest day tomorrow instead.

9 good miles. Friday is usually a rest day but snow and ice and all manner of harsh nasties due tomorrow.

Gym stuff and 5 miles. Switched today's rest for tomorrow's workout.

21 miles. Thinking of running Myrtle Beach Marathon on Valentines Day.

6.00am 22c. Ran Wetlands, Koomba, Terarra and Belbird Tracks. All up, 12km.
This summer has been mild so far but very humid. I jumped on the scales before I ran - 64km or 10 stone (140lb) and came home 17lbs lighter.
Mind you, this is only water loss and after hydration today my weight should be up around the same tonight.
