				4 miles.  Meeting my trainer later.

				Weights plus 35 minutes on a recumbent bike

				7 miles...a little stronger...a little faster...confidence in marathon (2.5 weeks) growing...

				Four miles @ recovery pace.  I just couldn't get my ass out the door to get my eight general aerobic done, so I swapped it for a different run this week.
 
 It's a recovery week, so I don't feel too bad.  Plus I should still be able to get all my mileage in, just not in the order I'm supposed to.

				5 miles slow.........probably more later

				5 mile just a run.

				12K.  Cold, but at least the snow is keeping away.

				7 miles including:
 
 1.5-mile warm up
 4 x 200 meters in 0:42, 0:43, 0:41, 0:42 with 200-meter jog recoveries
 4 x 400 meters in 1:23, 1:21, 1:25, 1:25 with 400-meter jog recoveries
 4 x 200 meters in 0:42, 0:42, 0:40, 0:39 with 200-meter jog recoveries
 1.5-mile cool down
 
 I signed up for the Brooklyn Half Marathon today.

				8.30am Very warm and humid. A late start for me Ran the Koomba circuit worth about 6.5km.
 
 Had a great night at Milers Club last night; some terrific racing in perfect conditions.
