12K. Started out sunny and around the freezing mark, but the clouds quickly moved in and the temps started to drop.

45 minute walk, 45 minute bike.

6.00am A lazy 10km around Wetland track Koomba and Bellbird to home.
9.00am 40min weights at the gym followed by 1200m. Swim

I enjoy Mrs Slocombe's posts. Lazy runs around Wetland track Koomba and Bellbird to home sound wonderful.

2 miles and my legs died. I was not breathing hard, but I suddenly got tired at 1.75 miles and was overwhelmed with the urge to stop.
