7 miles.  The wind was COLD.

Originally I thought it would be icy so I'd run on the treadmill…but then this morning the streets looked dry so I figured I should run outside whenever conditions allow.  But that wind was wicked cold.  Biting, if you will.
-
Five miles in that same cold.  Where I was, the road WAS icy.  When I started it was 23 degrees, and about a mile from home the temp had dropped to 19.

 This was recovery effort.

ETA, I need to order a pair of merino feetures.
-
				4 miles slow and careful.
 Ice everywhere.

Warm and humid over night. Temp didn't drop below 22c.
Out the door at 6.00am and ran through every sprinkler on the golf course.  .....  all up just over 5.5km.

10 miles yesterday........was really windy at some spots, but I like that.  Icy in a few spots, and I don't like that.  I walked a few times when it was icy so I wouldn't fall!
