Eight miles with four @ lactate threshold, 5:30 am, a balmy 35 - took off the gloves a mile into it.
Was scheduled for nine but didn't get out in time to make it - I need to be getting my kids ready for school no later than 6:45 - so did eight. The 4 @ LT was part of the schedule though. I don't think I will worry about making up that last mile today.

11.4K. Started out feeling nice, then all the sudden I felt crappy, tired and weak in the legs. Fortunately it got better again. :)

Not looking where I was going and fell backside over breakfast on the Wetlands Track.
I'm at an age where I only have to brush up against some scrub and my skin will tear and there's blood everywhere. Looks a lot worse than it is, just scrapped the bark off my knees and shoulder
Ended up with 5km long.
