6 good miles on the gym treadmill because it's 0 degrees with a -17 windchill.

After yesterday's storm I attempted the creek run.
It just wasn't worth it; clambering over, crawling under fallen trees I chucked the towel in after 3km.

No I'm in Victoria Fred, however we cop a lot of their weather.
Good thing is, its helped getting a lot of the bush fires contained and under control.
