7 miles at 7am.
15 degrees.

5 miles at 5:45am.
13 degrees.
It was run as a recovery run but did not feel very easy.

1 mile. No energy.
A shame, it really is beautiful out what with the light snowfall.

Half an hour at 9 degrees.
30 minute bike warmup inside. :lambie:

10K. At least it was a partly sunny cold afternoon run.

6am. Humid and about 22c.
I ran 7km. plus around Terrara then drove down to the bay and swam 1500m

5 miles at 40 degrees.

Weights plus one hour on a recumbent bike

5 miles - too warm for the time of year here - 64F

5 miles. Cold! Glad I grabbed that extra layer before going out the door.

5 miles by the Pacific Ocean at sunset. 70 degrees and no humidity.

4 miles
I picked up the pace for the last 15 minutes.

3.2 miles on a treadmill. Then 15 minutes of racquetball. I suck. I'm so out of shape and overweight. I pledge to find a late-spring race to register in so as to have that goal. And I pledge to keep posting here anonymously for accountability to myself.
