				Gym stuff & 3 easy miles.
The gym was empty as usual at 7am!

				Eight miles pre-dawn with 10 x .1/mile strides.  The wind was harsh.  Finished in time to get the kids up and ready for school.

				i tried to start this thread this morning but can't figure it out on new tapatalk.   2. 77 on the treadmill whilst a blizzard raged outside.

				4.5 miles. 
Black ice everywhere.
The gym was empty as usual at 7am!
New Years' resolution crowd gave up already ?

				10 sneezing, wheezing, hacking miles.

				weights plus one hour on a recumbent bike

				Out early before the cloud cover burns off and it gets too hot. Ran my Koomba - Bellbird run a long 10km.

				Brrr, -13F wind chill.  12K.
			
 
			
			- 
				5.166 after a few days off...back at it...

				5... a little bit slower than last night.
