Happy winter solstice. Out for a quick chilly 3.3, now heading to yoga.

8 miles plus 8x short hill sprints.

10 miles.

1000m jog to the hill.
15 minutes dynamic stretching (high knees, buttkicks, Mach A and B skips, elephants, grapevines).
5 x 100m hill sprints (25%grade)
1000m jog home.

Slow 1.75.

15K. Basically would turn down any street that look like it had some interesting christmas lights displays. Nuthin' close to CTW's though.
