Track workout tonight! We are doing 10 x 90 second repeats with 90 secs rest. I cant remember the last time I did a track workout. :yikes: I've missed it.

11.4K. Felt a bit like summer out there.

5k time trial.
New season best of just under 24:15.
Started out intending to do 10k,
but the temp was almost 80 and the ice
under the hat wasn't quite enough.
Noticed I was actually ahead of my 5k SB
and changed plan mid run.
Decent effort, overheated a little but kept it together.
Not all out and no monster kick.
Clearly could have gone faster in cooler weather.
Fastest 5k in almost 4 years.
Body and feet holding together so far. :fingers:
