5 miles on the rail trail. Sunny, 57°.


I signed up for a 3.4 mile trail race on Sunday. No big deal, except that I also play hockey on Sundays. So it’ll be a double workout; that should be interesting.

5 miles on the sidewalk with intermittent bits in the forest.
