Track workout today!


Jog 800m
20 minutes Plyo, dynamic stretching, and sprint drills.
4 x 40m strides of increasing speed
3 x 100m with blocks @90%
2 x 150m @75%
1 x 200m @75%
5 x long jumps @50%


Static stretching
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.
