5K this morning.  I've run this race the last three years and each year my time is a little faster.  This year was no exception as I ran 10 seconds faster.  Also, third in my age group.

3 miles easy, and it felt easy.

I have felt sluggish all week.
The half marathon must have took more out of me than normal.
Finally back to normal.

I'm actually walking a lot better today, the pain of the toe was unbearable sun-wed...and I have a decent tolerance for ouchies!


I don't think I'll be running for at least another 10 days...them's the breaks.
