Six miles on the roads.  Supposed to include 10 x 100 strides but there wasn't the terrain for it.  Lots of black ice and crunchy snow.  The screws are doing great but this is still no place for speedwork.

300M 59 secs, walk 200
200M 39 secs, walk 300

10 minutes rest
200M 38 secs, walk 100
3 x 100M 17 secs, walk 100
200M 37 secs

starting block practice, 5 x 30 meters
Jog 800M
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.
