Twelve miles. I ran eight in the morning at 5:20, came home and got my kids up and off to school, did some work at home, and just did final four over lunch.
Footing out there is a treacherous fucking mess, even with my screw shoes, and my heart does not feel happy about running a marathon in eight weeks.

Same hereabouts. I console myself with the thought that all the extra stress will make me stronger. So far I haven't broken anything, or even fallen. Screw shoes for the win.
