Fourteen miles at 5:45 am. It was sunny when I was done! Eight degrees, -6 windchill. Much of it was run on the roads but about four miles were on the paths which were still a mess. The screws in my shoes really worked great today, but there were spots were there were deep-set footprints in the ice and you could twist an ankle if you weren't careful. But overall, happy to be outside, and glad it's done. Forty miles this week, a recovery week. Next week is my second 20 miler.

8 miles. I am not running very well thee days. I think it's the cold weather, but at least I am getting it done.

Walk to the gym, 10 miles on the treadmill with hills, walk home.

12 miles easy. Snowy headwind for last three miles.

A cavalier 10 in the snow. It's a mild snowfall, so kinda fun.

My watch died again, it's all of 2 months old.
Went out and bought a new one, didn't run.
