Gym stuff & 5 miles.

Six miles w 10 x 100 strides on mill. If I had planned better I could have sone tomorrow's 15 today. Tomorrow is supposed to be the coldest day of winter yet.

4 mile jog. Single digit cold. Gusty winds.
