Anyone doing 5x5 workouts?

Deadlift / sqauts
Bench / overhead press
Row / weighted pullups

Then just circuit blocks after that?

Yes. That's the page I've been using as my guide. It's good stuff so far. Week two and I'm starting to go heavy now that I'm getting the hang of proper form.

I'm doing a 2 day cycle three days per week.
Day 1 deadlifts, overhead and rows. Then kick off density blocks with goblet squats

Day 2 is Squat, bench and weighted pull ups and kick off density blocks with single farmer carries

Density block build is either goblet squats or farmer carries
Then burpies, plank to straight arms and side planks

Density block pylo is thigh cross throughs, skater skips and lunge jumps

That toasts me. :D
