Ran an unknown distance for 45 minutes. Now to settle in for all day of track watching.

Double workout today!  Just got a call to be a sub for a team in a local over 45 hockey league.  Would prefer to play against guys my own age, but I’m always happy to outplay the kids.

A hot and humid 11K run in October.  In just before the thunderstorms fell.
