Dr T is “back”
10 miles (16k) split between 3 runs, 3 surfaces, 2 pairs of shoes.
First “long run” in a month. Been only running once or twice a week on average since my mid-February half.

Thanks Fast Eddie for the kudos on Strava... that kind of reminded me I need to get back on here to update!!!

10/12/16*C, 73/69/54%RH.
xc, asphalt+concrete, tech trail, in that order (6K+6K+4K)

Also, getting caught up reading about folx and their vax shots... my second shot was last night and so that’s the other reason I wanted to get that long run in yesterday, in case my side effects got bad. So far so good for me (with both shots). Today will probably just be an easy bike ride though. “Body aches” today are not from the vaccine, they are only in the running muscles and joints!!!

My running sucked for three days post first AstraZeneca shot. So we will see if the second shot knocks me down more, but that shot won't be for at least another two months.

Good running Dr T.
