Nice!
What is a Japanese Bon Festival?
-
It's a Buddhist Celebration. Supposedly, the souls of ancestors return to this world once a year at this time, the Bon Festivals last a number of days and the lantern part of the festival is about sending messages to your loved ones at a time when they can actually receive them because they are present...

Gorgeous!
-
oh! I loved these lanterns. They are so well designed and beautiful. Once I had been to Japan during Bon Festival and bought few different designed lanterns for my home.
-
Im not much aware about the speciality of these lanterns but I just loved the japnese paper lanterns (http://www.lunabazaar.com/paper-lanterns.asp). They look really beautiful in the river. This the lanterns that I use at my house.
