Pretty perfect cool, sunny morning run. 12K


Started to work commute by bike. 7K each way.

Was gonna take a rest day but some of the mountain bike trails opened up after the rain cleared long enough for them to dry.
So my buddies wanted to meet for a ride. They rode, I hiked. We discussed trail sports afterwards.
8.3km horizontal. 146m vertical.
34*c/39%rh.

I think I’m already heat acclimated. Didn’t “feel” that hot to me
