25 minutes plyo, dynamic stretching, sprint drills
200m @85%. A solo workout 2021PR
300m@85%, a 2021 PR!
2x100m with blocks @85-90%
2x 50m with blocks@90%
Instead of jogging 800m cool down, I did five long jumps @50%
Very hot, 71 degrees
