4.3km trail run after my morning coffee.
Set out to try for a PR on the course. Legs were like, we need more than one cup of coffee for that pace.
Maybe still some minor vaccine after-effects (Pfizer dose 2, three days ago).
Still a fairly decent pace for the course.
16*C, 54%RH and dripping sweat after the finish. Hands were chilly most of the run too.
