After taking about 2 weeks off due to this persistent pain in my ass (I'm pretty sure it's a piroformus issue) I did 3 miles speed intervals on the dreadmill last night.
Got a butt massage last night and was real tender this a.m.
So, I went out to attempt 6 miles this a.m. w/Blue the best running partner in the world. I made it 2 miles, tripped, wiped out. Road rash on my hands and butt is even more tender now. >:(
And I'm registered for MCM and I feel like I can't start training for it.
