Back at last!

Broke my right wrist and left arm in Finland in May. Non-displaced breaks. Orthopedist didn’t cast but said no running. Finally cleared a week and a half ago and today back up to my 45 minute non-stop run I was doing every other day before I fell. I am sooooo glad. Missed my running a lot. In my 70’s it’s what keeps me feeling alive and keeps my brain running smoothly.

Good to hear that you're back running. Those falls are wicked. I dislocated my shoulder and tore the rotator cuff and labrum a few years ago, requiring surgery and 6 mo. rehab.
