10k time trial.
cloudy, cool, calm, perfect
opened with a 8:13, ran a couple around 8:25
ratcheted it down to about 8:15 for the last 3 miles and a lap
About 51:30, season best by 2:50
also season bests for 4 miles and 5 miles.
fairly hard effort, 20 second negative split
nothing hurt too much, feet good.

How do you like the 645? (or is it too soon to tell?)

I've had the Garmin Fenix 5x for close to a year now.  I love it but in all honesty it's kind of overkill for what I do.  This thing has so many features that I will never ever use.  Looks cool though!   :)

Too soon to tell.  Went from Nike+ GPS which was a very basic GPS.  Nike stopped supporting it and the website updates.

Garmin Pay not accepted in Canada yet.

Fits and works well as a everyday casual watch.  Satellite pickup seems fast.  Seemed easy enough to pair with smartphone.  But had some troublesome off and on noticification of disconnecting and connecting with phone when I was in the kitchen wearing watch, and phone was upstairs.  Had some trouble getting it synced with STRAVA, but think and got it working.

Not sure what I'm going do with some of the running metrics and physiological measurements., since I do longer run to set PRs.
