Is this a record for latest daily thread start?

I competed at the Mass. Sr. Games today:

50 meters, 7.36, 3rd place in my age group (M55-59, I am 58) 89.95 WAVA
100 meters, 14.10, 3rd place
Long Jump, 13'3", 1st place
200 meters, 5th place, 30.68
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.

morning, 1.7 miles easy.
My left foot got achy.
That is not the one that was injured.
Shutdown early as a precaution.

Evening, time trial.
2 miles in 15:46. SB by 31 seconds.
I have gone after this mark several times in the
last two weeks, always shuttin down early because
of heat, wind, achy muscle, allergies, whatever.

Finally nailed it. Split 7:53, 7:52.
Nothing really hurt. My throat did start closing up, but not too bad.
If I had held on for another mile at 9 pace I would have dropped my 5k by a minute.
That will be a target sometime next week.

And i stepped on the scale at 239lbs.
Down 16 in 11 weeks.
Almost a year since I was this light.
Ha. I said 239 is light.

Now I'm at the point where I need to lose only 15 to get to the point where I need to lose only 15.
