Wow, beautiful mid 50°’s day. Got to do 4 miles in shorts and t-shirt.

7.4 miles with some stride outs to loosen up; was feeling pretty beat up yesterday so it was good to be cruising again, legs a little tired from Monday's long run but no pain.

Led out my Running Store's Run Club for 7K. Nice and easy.
