Ran a 5K trail race this morning, complete with a knee-deep river crossong. Legs a little sore from sprinting yesterday. Have a nice day.

10k. Easy. Just under 9 flat pace.
Perfect conditions. No pain or difficulty.
And it felt easy. I could have gone faster or longer.
Longest run of the year.
Season bests for 4 miles, 5 miles, and 10k.
And 24 miles for the week is the highest in 92 weeks.
Seriously, 21 months since I ran more in a week.
And 48 of those weeks were zero.
Stepped on the scale at 238lbs afterwards.
Lightest since 13 months ago.

I'm on my way as long as the injury gnome doesn't come and bite me in the ass.
