7.4 miles with some stride outs to loosen up; was feeling pretty beat up yesterday so it was good to be cruising again, legs a little tired from Monday's long run but no pain.

Picked up a mild cold. Got my morning 7K commute run in, but felt too lousy for the run commute home.

I delayed my long run to today because the weather was bad yesterday (50-75 mph wind gusts) and my legs were trashed Friday and Saturday.
17 miles with 1 mile warm up, 15 mile progression starting at  7:40s to about 7:02 (3 mile increments). I had planned on sub 6:40 for the last few but could not get any faster. Progressions are really hard because you have accumulating fatigue while trying to get faster as you go.

Nice enough mid 40° day with rainy morning and supposed to be rainy evening, but dry during my 3 miles. Unfortunately complete cloud cover so no view of even the partial eclipse this time.

We had the winds from hell for 30 hours, sustained 20-30 mph and gusts yesterday to 65 and 70+ overnight. I managed an easy 6 Saturday along a creek to keep out of the way of the storm, which was just getting started.
