Hill sprints today!

Jogged 0.6 miles over to the giant hill. 20 minutes dynamic stretching and sprint drills. Then 5 x 80 m up giant hill, walk back to start after each.

0.6 mile death jog home.
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.

11.7K on today's run commute. Sluggish.
