Track workout tonight!

A good test for me.  I think my early stage hip arthritis only impacts my ability to sprint @100% effort.  But I think I am still able to run fast at a lower level.  We'll see.  The workout is 10 x 90-second repeats, with 90 seconds rest.

I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.
