5 mile run. Better than yesterday.

Hill repeats tonight! I'm leading the running club for 8 x 1/4 mile hill repeats later. Always a popular workout.

1 mile jog, 3/4 mile decent, 1/4 hard
2.5 miles total.
Looked at the stars,
mars in the south east, vega in lyra overhead
didn't know where to look for the green comet.
