Track meet today! At our weekly all comers track meet, I ran 50m and 100m dash. In the 18+ division, I finished 3rd out of 6 in both races, losing to a college kid who ran an 11.25 in the 100. I was the oldest... by far. Interestingly 2nd place was the 2nd oldest guy at 41. I ran 7.2 and 14.4, meh lots of room for improvement.

That's an odd recovery distance; did you jog 150 back and forth so as to start from the same spot? I would've just jogged a 400m recovery lap.

I was working off heart rate according to my Garmin. Yeah, normally without a HR watch, I would of just done the 400m recovery.
