Turns out, I like it! I don't like beef, at all, and haven't eaten it in almost 25 years so I gave precisely zero thought to bison.

Tried it on a whim this weekend and  :ok: Even better, it's leaner, higher in iron and more sustainable than beef.

Good, but relatively expensive.

It is, but I am unlikely to eat it that often. I made bison burgers on the grill. :)

My crazy ex BIL keeps talking about buying some farmland in Kentucky so he can grow weed and raise bison.  I keep encouraging to follow his bliss.   :smokin:
