10.5 km “long run” 12*C and 80%RH.
90 minutes and fastest km was last one at 7:41
Flat, crushed limestone trail.
Wrapped my week 2 with first all-run workout. Stayed in upper zone one throughout. Felt good but didn’t want to go any harder with a back-to-back.
Moved workout up a day to beat the next round of rain.
