Egg salad, seasoned with Moruga Salt, on a bed of crunchy Romaine. Dill pickles and chips on the side.
I love most sandwiches, but my favorites are on sourdough. Not a big fan of the pretzel bun or any other big buns.

Grilled pimiento cheese with bacon. I have a good pimiento cheese recipe somewhere. I add green chilies. It's also just as good with roasted red peppers vs pimientos.
I'm currently eating a roast beef with crispy fried onions, tomato, lettuce and some sort of horse radish spread on a fresh baked focaccia. Its pretty good.
We had sliced smoked tri-tip with chimichurri on telera rolls for dinner tonight. Holy moly, they were amazing.

Publix chicken tenders sub with provolone and mayo and lettuce.The best one they make, some of their other sandwiches are not so good.

replace the bacon with spicy turkey sausage, and yes. emphatically.
Slices of Bavarian emmenthaler with Carnegie deli corned beef between them and a little Thomy mustard. No bread.

eggplant parm grinder. had a delicious one yesterday. now, i have always appreciated them. but this one was nearly the best sandwich of all time.must conduct more research.
i very rarely eat parm of any kind - it's so incredibly extra. but man, sometimes one MUST.
