Title: Cured eggs

Has anyone made them? I have two questions.


1. Can you cure them for more than a week? I just bought a dozen and wanted to get them going while we were gone, which will be approx. 9 days.


2. Do you absolutely have to use kosher salt? Could you use sea salt or table salt?
