Craziest run ever. We got 9 inches of heavy wet snow and most of the town is without power. The roads were in good shape for running thanks to the plows. Within minutes after I started running, it began snowing heavily. I spent 2.5 miles running around fallen tree limbs, downed power lines, and dodging giant blobs of snow falling from trees. I even saw a small smoldering fire that the power company was controlling.
I got to my hill for a hill workout and did 7 x 1/4 mile hill repeats while dodging and weaving through blobs of snow coming from trees, blinded and soaked by heavy wet snow from the sky.
It stopped snowing after the last repeat. 1 mile cooldown eyes wide at the devastation.
