Wednesday Run Club lead out for 5.8K. Nice set of 100 steps at 2K.


Had a group of six come to Run Club for the first time, one wearing Air Jordans, and two wearing tennis sneakers. They dropped to a walk at 3Km but cheerfully made it back.

Run commute day. I always struggle getting the legs going in the morning, while legs feel better going home, even though it's mostly uphill. 7K down, 7K up.

Another progression run, this time 10 miles from MP to LT. It was 72 degrees (after being 30 for Saturday's workout) and I adjusted paces a bit. Still, feeling flat after a lot of mileage and several tough workouts over the past week/week and a half.

Rolled to 16.5K this afternoon. And man, I'm hungry now.


Just a few ticks above freezing and windy. Experienced a couple of bouts of snow pellets/graupel.
