13.5 on Sunday making it a bit over 70 for the week, and if you count rolling totals, after today it will be 2 back to back 70s. Half marathon next Sunday, so bit of a cutback at the end of this week and no big workouts.

Swim ok
Bike. Terrible
Run. Great for 8 miles and then pretty good. Able to make up the twenty minute deficit and hold on and get the one slot to the big island🙌
