Track workout today! A final tuneup before Sunday's Master's meet - first meet of the season. Still no snow here, so did the workout outdoors. Temp around 42, with strong blustery winds.
25 minutes dynamic warmups and sprint drills.
3 x 50m with blocks @90%
3 x 200m with blocks @75%
The 200s were sluggish, legs fried from skiing and P90X3. But now two whole days off from working out, that should help.
