3 mile slog. Hot & humid.

13 miles 8:00—->7:30 pace.

7 sweaty miles

11K. Got caught in a thunderstorm halfway. Didn't mind. Brought in marvelous cooler temps and winds that broke the week long heatwave.

morning - 10 mile long run.
Gave up after 4, no energy, bad diet.
evening - fast mile, walk a lap, fast mile
walk a lap, then run the bleacher steps for 9 minutes.
