7 solid miles. All this TM running makes the miles fly by when finally outdoors. Cool & overcast - perfect.

I know that I've said in the past that wearing a tech race shirt while strength training might as well be the same as wearing an Invisibility Cloak

It occurred to me this evening that there were quite a few people in the weight room wearing Marathon and Half Marathon Finisher's shirts, and we were all waving "hi" or smiling & nodding or whatever ... totally on the down-low, of course

Maybe we're invisible to everyone except ourselves?

I'll have to ponder that some more

Secret Society!   :-X

From the Screaming Tortise Athletic Club Manifesto

“It may be hard for anyone born after 1960 to believe, but Runners in those days were regarded as eccentric at best, subversive and dangerous at worst” - Kenny Moore. US Olympic Marathoner '68 & '72

Let's hear it for ECCENTRICITY and SUBVERSIVENESS!!!

😂My oldest brother ran in high school and college late sixties early 70s.   People were constantly calling the cops or my parents.   "Your son is running all over town!!!!!"

"Yes, we know"

"But why? What is he running from? What did he do?"
